I received an updated email from a youth ministry colleague. The context of this update from Jimmy Ruggiero's wife Katy to her Pastor
We can praise the Lord for one miracle regarding Katy, but need to keep praying for thier son, Luca. This window of time for his recovery is critical!
Here is the message from Katy...
"I am not sure if you wanted me to send updates on Luca, but there has been so much love and prayers from the church that I would very much like to say "THANK YOU"!!!
Luca has made it through the night and is in stable, but critical condition. He has another 3 or 4 days where there will be up and down periods. Jimmy and I are doing well, but are really sore and tired. God was very gracious to have stopped my labour yesterday morning so that I could come and be with Luca. We could not make it through this without our church family and friends. We know that God can do exceedingly above what we could ask or think. Luca's life is in His hands, which is the best place for him. It will be a long road ahead, but I know that our God is a God of miracles and will carry us through whatever the outcome.
Thank you again for all the love and support!"
Please continue to pray for the medical team, for Jimmy, Katy, their unborn child and especially for Luca's full recovery.
