I wonder what the connections would be in the parent to youth relationships. I wonder what importance church attendance the parents hold. Do they want their kids to attend, do they let them choose, do they aggressively force kids to attend. Maybe there is one, but has anyone asked the parents why they think their kids don't attend church, or leave the church.

I would love to see a study in Canada dealing with this issue. I think we all know we are losing students but how many are we really losing.
I guess the bigger discussion is what can we start doing to actually change this bleeding. What do we need to change in our churches, our youth groups, our families and other areas.
