set up funds every year to fuel the dreams and passions of those in our churches. It doesn't need to be an official ministry of the church, or follow the church's agenda, but truly helping sponsor people's god-given dreams.
fire a pastor if you have to. Imagine what just 40 people given a thousand dollars each could accomplish in their communities (as compared to having another person on staff)
