I think every youth pastor should have a separate cell phone that the youth kids know about with a huge text plan

We had an emergency hotline that once a voicemail was received it paged the pastor on call. The pager was taken by each pastor for 7 days and switched at staff mtg's each week. Reports were given and followup continued.
