Biography: Serving now as a regional Youth Ministries Director in Ontario, Mark served as a youth pastor for 14 years, he now serves mostly as a coach to youth and young adult pastors. His great passion as a youth pastor was building leaders, as a result of that passion he now serves other leaders and hopes to inspire them towards building a new and courageous generation of leaders for the church of tomorrow. He is convinced that it will take a brave group of people to help the church come to terms with its flaws and failings, and then embark upon courageous paths towards reaching people that have written it off. His great hope is to see the church return to a place where more than professionals do ministry, where people are empowered to leave the audience and discover the grace God intended their lives to be to those that surround them. When Mark isn’t traveling or coaching he is at home with his wife Jenni and their four children, sometimes wrassling, coaching or doing the dishes.
