The Canada Institute of Linguistics trains linguists, translators and trainers so that all people may have access to the Bible in their own language. We do this in several ways… * We are the linguistics department of Trinity Western University which provides an MA in Linguistics, a BA in Applied Linguistics, a Minor in Applied Linguistics, and a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) * We provide the linguistic training component of the Master of Applied Linguistics and Exegesis program (MLE) at the Associated Canadian Theological Schools (ACTS) * We provide the Summer Institute of Linguistics (SIL) training in Canada
