Birch Bay Ranch is only one of the most fun places in the world! I went there for years until I was too old to be in a camp! The activities are fun and the horses have great character. Scout was my favourite! While the lake is stinky, you only smell it when you're on it and you ignore it when you're having fun in a canoe anyway. The hay rides are the best and "Midnight Madness" was my favourite part of a camp week, watching a movie on a huge screen outdoors at midnight and scarfing popcorn...
"Birch Bay! Birch Bay! Birch Bay is on fire!
We're gonna stomp the devil and lift Jesus higher!
Gimme a J! J! You got your J, you got your J!
Gimme an E! E! You got your E, you got your E!
...
What does that spell? Jesus!
Who do we love? Jesus!
Who do we serve? Jesus!
Jump! Jump jump jump jump!
Rapture practice!
..."

Anyways, I loved conquering fears on heights, like rappelling and some wicked ziplines. We also played sports everyday and often spent a couple hours in the pool cooling off the heat of summer.
I love Birch Bay Ranch and you will too.
Everyone there has a story, but they are unprejudiced and non-judgemental. They teach you about God, and as a result, you learn more about yourself. Nightly campfires and snack and "WAG" or "What About God" give your further insight to personal accounts of other people's relationship with God and you learn a few songs of praise in addition.
