In the summer of 1944, the matter of a Christian Book Store was laid upon a young pastor's heart. Consequently, in the fall of that year, under the direction of Pastor Hal McBain of Temple Baptist Church, the "Book Room" as it was called then, was established. The purpose of the store was to be a resource for area churches and their members. Over the years we have survived a fire and two moves. Although, we have grown in size and changed locations, our vision for the store is still the same - to provide high quality Christian products that will have impact in the lives of the people in our community. As Christian retailers, we must always remember the eternal significance of what we do. Our daily prayer is that we will be a blessing to each person we encounter, whether it is a customer, a delivery person, or each other.
