About me My name is Amanda Falk. I’m a pretty normal person.  Well I guess you could compare me to someone who’s more normal than I am and then I’d look like a freak show.  But what is normal anyway.  Every day is an adventure.  I love what I do.  Even on the bad days.  I’m not one for big crowds of people, which doesn’t mean that I don’t like people, I would just like to hypothetically speaking spend one-on-one time with all of the people in the crowd and really get to know who they are instead of smiling and waving across the room because it’s too loud and distracting for me to focus on making eye contact with whoever I’m talking with.  That was a long sentence.  I like pineapple.  Let it be known.  I find red light cameras to be unfortunate and frustrating.  I laugh a lot at random things…. sometimes people like to have me around cause it makes them seem funnier than they are cause I laugh so much, or so I’ve been told.  I love grocery shopping at night by myself.  There is nothing like reading a good book in a sunbeam.  I am pretty easy going but I forget a lot of stuff.  I don’t prioritize well but I’m starting to be able to say no to some things and be okay with it.  I’ve been born a procrastinator, but I’m on a life long journey of learning how to show up on time and prepared.  I love spontaneity and hate patronization.  I love words and silence.  If it were between pepsi and coke ginger ale would win.  But water is a girl’s best friend.  I think toads are cute.  I have a scar on my wrist from kindergarten. I’m surrounded by great people.  I like rain.  I have an eating zone.  I can tune everything and everyone out when I eat.  Summer is my favorite.  I love my friends, my family, and the fact that the Lord loves me in spite of myself.
